WEBSITE WIDGETS

The widget pulls reviews from your connected platforms (Google, Facebook, and beyond) and displays them on your website in the layout and style you've chosen. Paste a small snippet of embed code into any page, and the widget updates automatically as new reviews come in. No manual updates. No ongoing maintenance. If you're on HighLevel, you can also drag the Reviews element directly onto your page.
Seven: List (traditional review-below-review), Grid (equal-sized tiles), Masonry (Pinterest-style variable heights), Carousel (auto-rotating horizontal slider), Slider (click-through single reviews), Flash (compact bar), and Legacy (the original widget format). Use different layouts on different pages - testimonials page gets the grid, homepage gets the carousel, footer gets the flash bar.
Extensively. Choose from Light, Dark, or Custom themes. Set your own brand fonts. With the Custom theme, you can individually control colors for backgrounds, borders, star ratings, review text, buttons, and more. You can also toggle display of dates, reviewer avatars, average ratings, review counts, and the "Write a Review" button. Every detail is yours.
Yes - and it's the single most-used feature by our customers. NetFeedback auto-generates summaries of your reviews in three styles: Short (a one-line headline of what customers love), Detailed (a fuller sentiment breakdown), or Action-Oriented (pointing visitors toward the next step). Place it at the top of the widget or inline with the reviews. Toggle on or off any time.
No. The widget loads asynchronously - it doesn't block the rest of your page from rendering - and all layouts are fully mobile-responsive, automatically optimised for tablet and phone. Your site stays fast; your reviews stay visible. You can embed multiple widgets on the same site with no performance hit.
Yes. Set a minimum star rating (e.g. only show 4-star and above), exclude reviews that don't include written text, and filter by platform. Just note that some jurisdictions have rules (in the US, FTC guidelines) around displaying only positive reviews on your own website - NetFeedback gives you the controls, but responsibility for compliance with local advertising and consumer-protection rules rests with you.
